এখানে আপনি দেখতে পাচ্ছেন একটি এস আই আর ফর্ম দেওয়া আছে সেই ফর্মে আপনি ডেমো কাজের জন্য ব্যবহার করার জন্য ব্যবহার করতে পারেন কমটি কিভাবে ফিলাপ করতে হবে সে বিষয়ে এখানে বলা হয়েছে এবং ফর্মতে আপনি ডাউনলোড করে কিভাবে ফরমটি ফিলাপ করতে হবে সেই বিষয়ে এটি দেওয়া আছে । এই ফর্মটি শুরু হচ্ছে 2025 সালের নভেম্বর মাসের ৪ তারিখ থেকে শুরু হবে তো প্রত্যেকটি ফরম আপনারা পেয়ে যাবেন আপনার আপনাদের বুথ লেভেলের যে বেলও আছে তার কাছ থেকে আপনি পেয়ে যাবেন। কমপ্লিট দিয়ে যাওয়ার পর আপনারা সম্পূর্ণ ফর্মটি ভালোভাবে দেখবেন তারপর পনটিতে যারা কোন ভুল ভ্রান্তি না হয় সেভাবে ফর্ম কে আপনি ফিলাপ করবেন এবং সে ফর্মটি আবার BLO কে জমা করে দিতে হবে ।

How to Download the Enumeration Form West Bengal PDF
